International Lash & Brow Conference · 19–20 September 2026 · Pullman on the Park, Melbourne
By submitting your pre-registration form and paying your deposit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these booking terms and conditions in full. Please read carefully before completing your booking.
Pre-Registration and Deposit
To secure your pre-registration spot and lock in your discounted pricing, a non-refundable deposit of $50 is required at the time of booking. Submitting your details alone does not constitute a confirmed booking. Your spot is only confirmed once your deposit has been received and processed.
The $50 deposit is deducted from your remaining balance, which is payable in full on the day at your scheduled time slot.
Why is the deposit non-refundable? When you pre-register and select your preferred piece, Signature Hause purchases stock specifically based on your order. This means your deposit directly covers the cost of sourcing your chosen piece ahead of the event. As stock is ordered to fulfil confirmed registrations, we are unable to offer refunds once a deposit has been received.
Pre-Registration Pricing
Pre-registration pricing is exclusively available to ILM Melbourne 2026 attendees who have submitted their details and paid the required deposit before the event. The following pricing applies:

Pre-registration pricing is not transferable and cannot be applied retrospectively to on-the-day walk-up appointments.
On-the-Day Pricing and Stock
On-the-day pricing applies to all walk-up appointments at the event. Stock is strictly limited to what Signature Hause brings on the day. Once stock has sold out, no further appointments will be available. Signature Hause does not restock during the event.
Pre-registered guests have their pieces reserved in advance, which is why pre-registration is the only guaranteed way to secure your chosen piece at the discounted price.
On the day, we accept cash, card, Afterpay, and Zip Pay. If you are considering more than one piece, Afterpay and Zip Pay are a great option to spread the cost.
Time Slots
Once your deposit has been received, Bronty from Signature Hause will be in touch to confirm your allocated time slot. Appointments are scheduled across both days of the conference: Saturday 19 September (conference day) and Sunday 20 September (expo day).
Your preferred day as indicated on your registration form will be taken into consideration. However, time slots are subject to availability and are allocated at the discretion of Signature Hause. Each appointment takes approximately 8 to 12 minutes.
Please arrive at the Signature Hause jewellery bar promptly at your allocated time. If you are running late, please DM @signature.hause on Instagram as soon as possible. Late arrivals may result in your slot being forfeited.
Cancellations and Refunds
All deposits are strictly non-refundable. As stock is purchased specifically based on each guest's pre-registration preferences, we are unable to recover this cost in the event of a cancellation. This policy exists to protect the integrity of the pre-registration system and ensure every confirmed guest has their chosen piece available on the day.
Deposits cannot be transferred to another person or applied to a future event date.
If you need to change your preferred day within the event, please contact Bronty via Instagram DM at @signature.hause as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes subject to availability.
The Permanent Jewellery Experience
Permanent jewellery is custom-fitted and welded directly onto the wrist without a clasp. It is designed to be worn every day and is not intended to be removed. The welding process uses a professional pulse arc welder and takes approximately 8 to 12 minutes per guest.
Both the artist and the guest are required to wear protective eyewear during the welding process. All guests will be asked to acknowledge the nature of the service before their appointment begins.
Permanent jewellery is not recommended for guests who are pregnant, have a pacemaker, or have a known sensitivity to metals. If you have any medical concerns, please contact us before completing your booking.
Aftercare and Warranty
Please note that Signature Hause is travelling to Melbourne specifically for ILM 2026 and will not be based in the city after the event. As a result, we are unable to offer an in-person reweld service following the conference.
If you experience any issues with your piece after the event, please reach out via Instagram DM at @signature.hause and we will do everything we can to help, including connecting you with a trusted local permanent jewellery artist who can assist with a reweld.
Signature Hause takes no responsibility for damage caused by misuse, exposure to harsh chemicals such as chlorine or cleaning products, or improper aftercare. We are also not responsible for misplaced, broken chains, or allergic reactions once the piece has been welded and you have left your appointment. Your artist will provide full aftercare guidance at the time of your appointment and you will receive a care card to take home.
Aftercare tip: Avoid excessive exposure to lotions, perfumes, sunscreen, and chemicals. To clean your piece, use warm water, a soft toothbrush, and mild dish soap. Treat it with care and it will last beautifully.
Photography and Content
By attending a Signature Hause appointment at ILM Melbourne 2026, you consent to being photographed or filmed as part of event content. Images and video may be shared across Signature Hause's social media channels including Instagram and TikTok.
If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please let Bronty know at the start of your appointment and we will respect your preference.
Stock and Availability
Signature Hause will bring a curated selection of chains, charms, and accessories to the event based on pre-registration preferences received. While every effort is made to ensure your selected piece is available, in the unlikely event that a specific item is unavailable, Bronty will work with you to find a suitable alternative from the collection on the day.
Signature Hause cannot guarantee the availability of specific pieces for walk-up guests who have not pre-registered.
