Refund policy

The Studio Academy values customer satisfaction and strives to provide high-quality products and training. This policy outlines our terms regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges for physical products, digital downloads, and courses.

 

30-DAY RETURN POLICY (PHYSICAL PRODUCTS)

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your item, provided it meets the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • You must provide proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, contact us at the-studio@outlook.com.au. If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

 

CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind on physical products, digital products, or training courses. Please ensure you review all product details before making a purchase.

 

DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please notify us within 3 days of delivery at the-studio@outlook.com.au with:

  • Your order number.
  • Clear photos of the item.
  • A detailed description of the issue.

If the item is confirmed as faulty or incorrect, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund. Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or general wear and tear are not eligible for return.


DIGITAL DOWNLOADS & ONLINE COURSES

Due to the nature of digital products and intellectual property, all sales of digital downloads and online courses are final once purchased.

If you experience technical difficulties, contact us at the-studio@outlook.com.au within 3 days of purchase.

COPYRIGHT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All digital downloads and course materials are protected by copyright. Unauthorised sharing, reproduction, or distribution of these materials will result in immediate removal from the course without refund and may lead to further legal action.


IN-PERSON COURSES & TRAINING

DEPOSITS & REFUNDS

  • A $800 deposit is required to secure your place in an in-person course. This deposit is strictly non-refundable for any and all circumstances. 
  • Course bookings can be cancelled up to 72 hours before the scheduled date, and any additional amounts paid will be refunded minus the deposit.
  • No refunds will be issued after the scheduled course date has passed.

 

COURSE RESCHEDULING

  • In-person courses can be rescheduled up to 72 hours before the booked date.
  • Rescheduling within 72 hours of the course date will incur a $250 transfer fee.
  • If you cancel after rescheduling, the $250 transfer fee is non-refundable.


EXCEPTIONS & NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards.
  • Sale or discounted items.
  • Online courses after access has been granted.
  • Digital downloads once they have been purchased.


REFUNDS & PROCESSING TIMES

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may take up to 7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
